We have seen the gap in the way charities raise funds for men’s mental health. Sound Minds Better Men was launched to find better ways to raise money and better ways to get those funds to men in need.

Let’s work together to remove the stigma and bring mental health into everyday conversations. Helping one man helps the whole community.

Our Inaugural Event: A Strong Start

In 2024, our Brisbane fundraiser SOLD OUT with 300 attendees, raising $162,000!

 The funds were invested in programs that:

• Connected men in need to support groups.
• Extended access to mental health care for remote communities.
• Advanced critical research to tackle mental health challenges head-on.

2025: Sold out again!

We set our sights higher for 2025 — and once again, thanks to your overwhelming support, this year’s event is SOLD OUT!.
